• Provide an estimate of the cost for services to be rendered, including a complete scope of the work, so the client understands what will be done and the expected time frame for the projects' completion
• High quality construction services

If your project is due to storm damage or is a repair that should be covered by insurance, Top Notch will gladly help you with your insurance claim. We will:

• Contact the insurance company with the property owner to discuss the claim
• Meet with the insurance adjuster to discuss the claim and justify the estimate
• Assuming that the property owner receives the full replacement cost of the repair, Top Notch will provide the construction services for the job
• Have multiple crews that can be deployed within five days after engagement
